JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales calls and drive business growth. This role in entirely over the phone sales and cold calling, and could possibly include some in-person sales meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to create relationships with potential clients over the phone.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or technical sales is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
