Description Tilson Homes is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Angleton, TX! As the leader of our Tilson Team at this design center, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and staff, as well as providing top-notch customer service to ensure customers have an optimal experience. To be successful in this position, you will need to have great interpersonal skills; be able to think quickly on your feet; showcase an acute attention to detail; and show great problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience working in homebuilding or real estate is preferred. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and staff. Act as the primary point of contact for customer service-related issues. Interact with our marketing and online sales team to optimize lead conversions, appointments, sales, starts, closings, and overall customer satisfaction. Use metrics, data, interdepartmental communication, and established goals to hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting targets. Ensure staff accountability to company goals and provide training opportunities for career advancement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years new home sales experience and/or project management -OR- High school diploma plus 5 years new home sales or project management experience and 2 years of management experience. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
