Work closely with Senior Leadership to champion growth strategies that benefit our customers and business alike. Proactively identify ways to expand our market share and raise the standard of customer care. A hands-on approach, not only overseeing inventory and ensuring efficient stock levels but also engaging directly in the sales process. Skills & Experience: Proven success as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry, with a clear focus on customer outcomes. Demonstrates solid financial expertise and a consistent history of meeting goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a dedication to developing high-performing, customer-oriented teams. Extensive background in sales and a commitment to solving customer challenges promptly and professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading by example to inspire customer loyalty.
