Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. OR • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 営業機会を創出するための関係構築 * 社外営業チャネルと連携し、営業活動が重複せず、相互補完的に行われるよう調整する。 * 既存顧客および新規顧客との関係を構築・強化し、将来的な予約獲得につなげる。（例：営業訪問、接待、FAMツアー、展示会・トレードショーへの参加等） * 地域コミュニティとの関係構築を通じて、営業機会となる顧客基盤を拡大する。 * 社内外の主要ステークホルダーとの関係を管理・発展させる。 * イベント運営チームへ、正確・完全かつ効果的な案件引き継ぎを行う。 Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative. • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
