What You’ll Do * Source and convert MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) business. * Drive group and event sales across corporate and leisure segments. * Showcase our premium venues and tailor event solutions to client needs. * Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service. * Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall team success. What You’ll Bring * 1–2 years’ experience in a proactive sales role, ideally within hotels or events. * Proven success in driving revenue and building client relationships. * Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills. * Familiarity with CI/TY systems (highly regarded). * Bonus: Knowledge of the Melbourne market.
