Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at TownX Real Estate Development LLC, a leading off-plan property developer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling off-plan properties, sourcing and managing leads, and working with multiple property agencies and brokers to leverage sales. This role offers a competitive salary and commission-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Target Performance & Achievement: • Sell off-plan apartment units from our available projects. • Demonstrate a structured and organized approach to drive, achieve and exceed sales targets. • Maintain a disciplined and ethical approach to follow through on all sales. Lead Generation & Management: • Source leads through various channels, including property agencies, brokers, and direct calls to existing clients. • Follow up on all generated leads promptly and efficiently. Sales Process: • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring high-class customer service throughout. • Prepare and deliver flawless presentations to potential clients. • Ensure all presentations are well-structured and tailored to the client’s needs. Team Collaboration: • Coach and mentor other sales team members, fostering a strong team ethic. • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain a disciplined and ethical approach to follow through on all sales. • Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals. • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Proven experience in off-plan property sales. • Exceptional lead sourcing and management skills. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Strong work ethic, discipline, and follow-through. • High-level sales closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies and brokers. • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
