GOECO Inc was founded in 1976 in Goldsboro, NC as a typewriter repair and sales business. Since then we have included IT Services, Network Hardware, Printers, Laptops, Desktop Computers, Phones Service and Systems and some of the most basic business technology . We manage, supply, support, train and consult our clients business technology that runs their operations. We are a recession proof business, as every business needs our products. We are a Technology Service Provider.
The Sales Manager Trainee position will be focused on two separate areas over the first 12 months. The first 6 months with GOECO, the SMT will focus on learning the direct selling methods, policies and philosophies of Client Relations Department. They will learn Our Process and show proven, consecutive months of implementation and personal development. The final 6 months in the Trainee Program, the SMT will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives while attaining team quotas set with acceptable profitability. They will assist with the sales process and use competitive strategies within accounts.

ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:

· Learning and Implementing Our Process for dealing with current and potential clients
· Developing standards and reviewing new protocols and services with clients
· Update and Implement our Individual Client Profile for our current client base with the Client Relations Team
· Establishing strategies and working with sales personnel.
· Account management through sales personnel.
· Establishing high level contacts with competitive accounts.
· Developing a team who focus on their Clients, Self-Improvement and Product Knowledge
· Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses within our Team – develop action plan for improvement
· Being Accountable for all of the requirements, focuses and results outlined in this job description.

PREREQUISITES (i.e., education, training, experience):
· Previous sales experience in business or technology sales and solutions required

· 3-5 year(s): Sales experience in the business and technology solutions industry – Proven results of not only growing and developing a sales territory but that you consistently hit quota. We will ask for results and proof ie sales awards, top rep of the month, quarter, President’s Club trip etc

Please understand that we view this position as one we are willing to compensate the right candidate with a fair offer including a base salary, a bonus and growth plan with specific objectives, health insurance and other ancillary benefits, and a potential relocation bonus as well. Based on meeting the Basic standards of the compensation plan the rage of full compensation value is ($87,000 - $126,000)
