This role is designed for high-energy sales professionals who want to earn a six-figure income and develop into leadership positions within the commercial and residential roofing industry.
As a Manager Trainee, you’ll begin by mastering roofing sales and client acquisition, then advance into overseeing a sales team. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and eventually training and managing your own group of representatives.

• Prospect and generate new roofing sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, referrals, and relationship-building
• Conduct inspections and present roofing solutions to homeowners and commercial property owners
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Master sales presentations and client enrollment processes
• Work closely with management to learn leadership, recruiting, and training strategies
• Transition into overseeing and developing a sales team once performance milestones are met
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
