We are looking a well seasoned, experienced, well-connected and dynamic individual to join our team and operate from our office in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates, as Sales Manager.
The primary responsibility of this role is to bring in high-networth and lucrative businesses to the table and generate substantial revenues. The ideal candidate should mandatorily have a proven track record in sales, with direct exposure in securing and developing Corporate, Government and B2B Sector Sales within the travel and tourism industry in the UAE, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the travel and tourism industry specifically in the UAE.
  • Wide network of industry contacts, references and allies, who will play a vital role in monetization of market opportunity, in the shortest span of time from landing the job.

  • Ability to procure, curate and design unmatchable travel deals from B2B and other vendors in the industry, and sell effectively in targeted customer bases who match the desired profiles.

  • Revenue Sustenance and Assurance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new business acquisitions and fostering lucrative partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our service offerings and market presence.
