You will report directly to the General Manager. Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent Minimum of 3+ years of dealership, Desking and Finance Experience required. Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds DMS (Preferred but not necessary) Must have a current State Sales License All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver) Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary) Essential Duties, but not limited to: Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all sales associates. Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs. Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross sales for teams with General Sales Manager/General Manager. Monitors sales associates’ productivity and performance. Understand and be knowledgeable of new- and used-vehicle inventory management, including inventory turns, allocations, and dealer trades. Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs. Displays merchandise and promotes new- and used vehicles. Serves as a liaison between the sales department and other departments. Be knowledgeable of expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
