Key Objective of the Job: A Branch Sales In-charge would be responsible to drive the Micro Branch on counts of overall Profitability by balancing perspectives on Disbursals, Collections, Customer and employee satisfaction and report to the Zonal Sales Head for informed business decisions. Key Deliverables: Responsible for UV business and branch administrative work Ensure all BDM and CRE are productive as per productivity norms of the TMF. Create the network of Used vehicle brokers and channel partners. Responsible for smooth file processing through hub locations Deliver a volume of 1.5 Cr for UV business. Recruitment and training of new BDM’s Education Qualification: Graduate Specialized job competencies: Functional Competencies Communication Negotiation Market/ Industry Knowledge Product Knowledge Behavioral Competencies Execution Excellence Customer Centricity Fostering Synergy People Leadership Hiring Parameters: Attitude to make a difference. Good mix of planner and executer Learning and coaching skills Administrative skills. Potential TSM in 2 yrs time.
