Sales Manager

Salary - Circa £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Location: Sutton Coldfield but National travel

Our client. a high-growth recruitment investment business is

looking for a Sales Manager to help experienced recruiters take

the leap into business ownership. Every year, exceptional

recruiters reach the same crossroads: they’re brilliant at what

they do, tired of building someone else’s business, and wondering

whether they’re brave enough to build their own. This role exists

for that moment.

You’ll be the person who finds those individuals, understands

what’s holding them back, and helps them see what’s genuinely

possible when they have the right backing, platform and support.

This is not a desk-bound sales job. It’s relationship-led, human,

and rooted in trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Proactively identifying and engaging experienced recruiters

ready—or nearly ready—to set up on their own

* Using all channels: social media, phone, email and face-to-face

outreach

* Creating and managing multi-platform social campaigns

(LinkedIn, Instagram and more) that generate warm, qualified

leads

* Writing sharp, creative content that speaks directly to

recruiters weighing up self-employment

* Getting out from behind the screen: networking, events,

meetings and industry gatherings

* Building authentic, trust-first relationships rather than

running a transactional sales process

* Understanding each person’s motivations, fears and ambitions,

• and tailoring conversations accordingly
