SALES & CUSTOMERS

• Use your industry network to secure and grow accounts (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, catering, distributors, seafood suppliers, logistics hubs).
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate prices and contracts to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Actively visit customers, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer connections in F&B, catering, wholesale, or cold chain .
• Proven sales experience, preferably in food/ice supply.
• Hands-on experience managing delivery routes and working with drivers.
• Practical knowledge of Singapore roads, delivery patterns, and peak demand.
• Target-driven, energetic, and willing to be on the ground daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills — able to react fast when delivery or customer issues arise.
