Provide ongoing training, ride-along support, and 1:1 coaching to strengthen team performance. Run engaging Tuesday morning sales meetings with role-playing, training, and guest speakers. Stay organized with your own book of business while helping your team build theirs. Recruit and interview new talent for your sales team, keeping our pipeline strong. Be the go-to resource for your Estimators in the field—ready to support via phone, text, or email. Partner with leadership to communicate updates, report metrics, and share team performance. Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing teams. Roofing or construction industry experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and coaching skills—you know how to bring out the best in people. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle your own sales book and team leadership. Valid driver’s license and willingness to be hands-on in the field. Confidence with technology (database and word processing software) and able to type 45+ WPM. Ready to take the lead?
