We are a Toronto-based hotel company with a growing portfolio of properties in Canada and the United States. We are seeking a results-drivenSales Manager – USA to lead the LNR/corporate and group sales strategy for our three US hotels. Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is focused on driving Local Negotiated Rate (LNR)/corporate revenue and group business across key US markets. Based in Mississauga, the Sales Manager – USA will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, securing high-value accounts, and delivering measurable results with daily and weekly reporting to senior leadership. A high level of accountability and ownership is expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans with measurable production goals for LNR/corporate and group segments.
  • Proactively identify and secure new LNR agreements and high-value corporate accounts.
  • Drive group sales through prospecting, networking, and responding to RFPs.
  • Build strong connections and secure group and event business through partners such as HotelPlanner, EventBooker, and other key channels.
  • Provide daily and weekly sales reporting to management with clear activity and revenue updates.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and detailed CRM records.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and packages while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and hotel GMs on pricing strategies, inventory control, and demand forecasts.
  • Analyze STAR/STR and brand market reports to adjust strategies.
  • Represent the hotels at trade shows, client events, and industry functions in both Canada and the US.
  • Work closely with operations of respective hotels to ensure flawless delivery of corporate and group stays.
