In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving positive outcomes and sustained sales growth of your location by building a culture of accountability, coaching, and customer excellence. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in wireless, technology, or a fast-paced customer service environment Proven success in achieving or exceeding team sales goals and KPIs Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
