Focuses on developing new local and global corporate business, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving both transient and group revenue. Works closely with Sales & Marketing and Property Leadership to implement effective commercial plans. What You’ll Do Sales & Account Management * Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Identify, solicit, and grow new corporate accounts. * Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. * Drive business across transient, group, extended stay, and catering segments. * Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Revenue & Performance * Maximize account revenue through strategic selling and account penetration. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance. * Analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Execution * Lead proactive sales activities including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals. * Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate account data. * Utilize all sales channels to optimize revenue. Relationship Management * Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. * Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service delivery. Customer Experience * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (or relevant degree). * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
