AYANA Hospitality is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager who will specialize in Weddings to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful growth of our Wedding segment. Your main responsibilities will be to maximize revenue opportunities by selling our award-winning products and services and to establish and maintain customer relationships. This is a challenging, yet rewarding position with great opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and preparing proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Conduct market research to stay up to date on the latest trends and competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide reports as needed. Meet and exceed sales targets on a periodical basis. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote AYANA's products and services. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry and within the Wedding segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledgeable about the Wedding industry and market trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
