Description

Job Scope:

  • Analyse customer requirements and specifications to match their needs, addressing complex customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical, tender pre-qualification, and commercial support for WEG products to customers.
  • Manage technical order administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Lead and manage follow-up with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement action plans for handling customer requests that deviate from signed sales orders.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals to potential customers, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote WEG products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product marketing, to enhance product offerings and meet customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support the management in the development of sales strategies and forecasts to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, targets, and opportunities.
