Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Leading with vision – Work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, covering pricing, product mix, customer segments, and promotional channels.
  • Driving sales performance – Build tailored sales plans for each Account Manager and oversee execution to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Owning the numbers – Track KPIs and performance metrics that tell the story of our progress—and use them to keep the team focused and effective.
  • Quoting and closing – Lead proposal development for large or strategic projects and standardize quote processes to deliver speed and consistency.
  • Coaching a winning team – Inspire, develop, and support the inside and outside sales team through hands-on mentorship, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Being the customer’s voice – Actively gather and respond to customer feedback, lead root cause reviews, and implement meaningful improvements.
  • Streamlining operations – Manage pricing tools, CRM use, ITO workflows, and daily sales operations to ensure fast, accurate service every time.
  • Growing the business – Pursue new markets and accounts, build relationships, and spot opportunities to offer new or expanded services.
  • Collaborating across departments – Work with leadership and support teams on reporting, budgeting, inventory, vendor relationships, and quality assurance.
