Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

With intermediate-advanced knowledge of the English language.
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the commercial/sale. With knowledge in foreign trade, sales point management and operations management.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Manager for the Western Region is responsible for leading business growth and quality of sales service, in which he/she must promote satisfactory service standards for existing customers as well as increase the customer base and sales volume for the region. He/she is also responsible for the management of the Account Executives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building a successful team: Building a highly skilled sales team. Creating an environment that promotes learning, development, and open communication to enhance DHL ‘s capabilities and achieve strategic vision.
  • Building relationships for success: Understanding and strengthening authentic cross-functional cooperation and collaboration arrangements to build relationships that deliver long-term mutual benefit.
  • Perform master data analysis and planning: Understand the importance of periodic data analysis to achieve short- and long-term goals. Focus on activities designed to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Understanding the customer well: knowing all aspects of the customer’s activity and needs in order to develop solutions that satisfy them and allow you to maintain their loyalty
  • Demonstrate product, organizational and network knowledge: Demonstrate a credible level of knowledge of our products, services and organization to provide our customers with appropriate solutions
