Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in SaaS, K-12 education, with 2+ years of related Saas Sales Management industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong etc) and sales analytics.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to travel as required to support team and customer engagement.
- Team player
- Familiarity with Account Executive progression plans, including coaching team members through role transitions and development

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Sales Manager for the West Region will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this position will be responsible for managing a diverse group of Account Executives (AEs) at various levels, ensuring they achieve individual and team sales targets. The Sales Manager will support both renewal and new business efforts while driving strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience and expand our footprint in the K-12 market.
This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, hybrid in Kelowna. We will only be considering applicants located in or willing to relocate to Kelowna.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AEs (Associate, Intermediate, Senior, and Strategic) to exceed sales goals.
- Run a Bi-weekly 60 Minute Training with the AE Team
- Own Sales Confluence Page and AE Handbook
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quota attainment.
- Serve as a Mentor/coach, and provide regular feedback to team members, helping them achieve their performance goals.
- Manage Gong Score Cards, Gong call reviews, Gong Data collection and feedback
- Run Bi-Weekly Gong Call Reviews with each AE
- Run Bi-weekly Account Review Meetings with each AE
- Join District Calls as the first level of executive support and representation
- Monthly Scorecard review (development planning)
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Support Hiring of new AE’s in partnership with Sales Leadership
- Oversee the sales pipeline for the West Region, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
- Run Weekly Forecast Calls with the AE Team
- Support AEs in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer retention and expansion.
- Join Customer facing calls to support AE’s
- Partner with CX Management to resolve and de-escalate “at risk” accounts
- Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities to foster professional growth across the team.
- Contributing to the development of training programs and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on strategies that support team and customer needs.
- Generate Quarterly Spiff Plan for AE team in partnership with Sales Leadership (aligning to OKR)
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
