Job Overview: : As our Sales Manager for Western + Central Ontario, your priority is to build, lead and grow a high-performing team while driving customer acquisition and long-term client success. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on selling, guiding your team and clients through a rapidly evolving B2B landscape. This is an outside sales position where you will take a proactive approach to developing new business, increasing sales with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services for your team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors, skilled in relationship building, internally and externally, and excel in selling complex solutions in a consultative manner.
