EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field with 9+ years of experience, OR
  • Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate resources, set priorities, and achieve operational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategies, performance metrics, and insights to teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) to drive business operations and reporting.
  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
