Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing services, proven sales experience in the UAE market, and the ability to lead business development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business network in Abu Dhabi and UAE markets.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
  • Arabic and English fluency.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering effective digital marketing solutions (social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, branding, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenue performance.
