· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
· Identify new markets and customer segments for business expansion.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government agencies.
· Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
· Prepare and submit competitive quotations and bids based on project specifications.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers in line with company policies.
· Ensure compliance with contractual terms and delivery timelines.
· Work closely with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete.
· Forecast demand and coordinate with plant managers for batching and resource allocation.
· Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
· Prepare sales reports for management review.
· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
· Set individual and team sales targets.
· Motivate and guide the team to meet or exceed goals.
· Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
· Promote environmental, health, and safety awareness in customer interactions.
· Verify customer credit limits before order confirmation.
· Ensure timely invoicing and submission of delivery notes to the Accounts team.
· Follow up on outstanding payments and support the Accounts department in collections.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to aid in financial planning.
· Coordinate on pricing strategies, discounts, and tax implications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
