PURPOSE
To help increase enquiry volume across all revenue channels by
building strong external relationships with a strong focus on team management and leadership. Increase the enquiry to
viewing conversion rate by leading our Reservations team to
deliver excellence. Develop secondary revenue lines through the
RSM and MES team.
