This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you’ll combine new partner acquisition with account management responsibilities, helping both restaurants and retailers succeed on Wolt. You’ll be the face of Wolt in Bergen – identifying high-potential partners, owning the sales funnel from A to Z, and ensuring our existing partners thrive on the platform.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Building Wolt’s partner base across restaurant and retail verticals – from prospecting to onboarding.
Taking ownership of the full sales process: researching leads, conducting meetings, visiting local businesses, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Acting as a trusted advisor and regional point of contact for existing partners – identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and driving performance.
Strategically identifying and prioritizing high-potential areas and partners in Bergen and across Western Norway.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Support) to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Contributing local insights and commercial input to shape regional growth strategies.
