About LIUBA LIUBA is a womenswear brand positioned between luxury and street style. We work with limited drops, premium fabrics, and a strong visual identity. Our collections are designed for modern, confident women and are produced in small, curated quantities. We are now entering an active B2B sales phase and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven strong background and track record in womenswear. Who we are looking for This role is not entry-level. We are looking for a professional with solid experience and track record in womenswear sales, who understands how designer brands are sold to boutiques, showrooms, and platforms. Key Responsibilities • Sell LIUBA collections to women’s fashion boutiques, concept stores, and showrooms • Actively contact buyers and decision-makers (not order taking) • Present collections, lookbooks, and price lists • Open new B2B sales channels in Europe and internationally • Manage wholesale inquiries from first contact to closing • Build long-term relationships with buyers and partners • Coordinate orders, pricing, and basic sales documentation • Report sales activity and results directly to the founder • Minimum 5 years of experience in womenswear / fashion sales • Existing contacts / relationships with boutiques, showrooms, or buyers • Strong understanding of how womenswear collections are positioned and priced • Fluent English (Greek is a plus) • Proactive, structured, and result-driven • Comfortable working with a growing brand (hands-on role) • Opportunity to grow with an emerging designer womenswear brand • Flexible working format (remote / hybrid) • Compensation: commission-based or fixed + commission (based on experience)
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for actively selling LIUBA collections to women’s fashion boutiques, concept stores, and showrooms across Europe and internationally. This includes proactively contacting buyers, presenting collections, opening new B2B channels, managing wholesale inquiries from start to finish, and reporting results directly to the founder.
