Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll lead our corporate events sales, turning leads into bookings, driving growth, and delivering standout client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Corporate Sales: Identify and secure bookings for product launches, networking events, and brand activations. Meet and exceed B2B event revenue targets
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the go-to contact for clients from initial enquiry to signed contract. Host venue tours and build long-term relationships
  • Custom Proposals & Contracts: Develop tailored event packages and negotiate pricing that aligns with business goals while delighting clients
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Operations, Weddings, and Studio teams to ensure seamless handovers and exceptional client service
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Monitor trends, suggest new packages or promotions, and help keep Motel Studios ahead of the competition
  • Sales Reporting: Use our CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline, track targets, and deliver monthly forecasts and performance analysis
