QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or recruiting (preferably both).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agent training systems, sales metrics, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in-office in Watkinsville, GA with some local travel for recruiting and team events.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager will lead the charge in recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier real estate talent. You’ll be responsible for coaching agents, reinforcing core values, and ensuring everyone on the team is equipped and accountable to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit 5–8 new agents per quarter, including experienced agents and newly/nearly licensed individuals.
  • Build and maintain a recruiting pipeline through weekly meetings with prospective agents (coffee, lunch, etc.).
  • Conduct regular check-ins with current agents to review activity, productivity, and development needs.
  • Lead and support onboarding and launch for new agents in collaboration with leadership (JW, MW).
  • Maintain team culture by living and reinforcing our core values daily.
  • Provide real-time support on contracts, offers, amendments, and broker-related questions.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Track metrics tied to agent success (calls, conversations, listings, sales).
