Acting as the Sales Director's number two, this is a key leadership support role covering daily operations, mentoring negotiators and ensuring exceptional service standards across the offices.

This position combines hands-on sales, operational oversight and team leadership, with winning new business and negotiating sales, making it ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step into a broader management role.
