About xPay xPay is an all-in-one payment solution for businesses operating in the US, supporting Zelle, Cash App, Crypto, and PayPal. This is a pilot project aimed at testing the market potential and establishing our presence. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to spearhead outreach efforts, guide the sales team, and close initial deals. You will be responsible for both direct sales and team leadership, ensuring sales targets are met within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting businesses in the US. Identify, scout, and connect with potential clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives. Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are achieved. Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market feedback. Work closely with management to refine sales messaging and approach based on market response. Proven sales experience in the US market, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-risk merchant services. Experience leading a small sales team. Strong understanding of social media lead generation and outreach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. Experience with start-up or pilot project environments.
