We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Manager to join our team at xuan studio jewelry Pty Ltd’s retail location in Manly, NSW. This full-time role (you will need to work both weekend) is integral to providing exceptional in-store customer service and contributing to the overall success of our jewellery business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and completing sales transactions
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling daily sales
• Participating in inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising
• Promoting our products and services to drive sales and customer loyalty
