Sales Leader – Water Infrastructure – Transport Join a global leader committed to solving water challenges and shaping a more sustainable future. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Leader to lead and grow our Water Infrastructure – Transport unit across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. This senior leadership role drives commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will oversee key commercial activities—including contract management, tender submissions, forecasting, and participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process—while building a high‑performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a diverse region and make a meaningful impact in a business dedicated to solving water. Key Responsibilities Deliver sales targets and identify, develop, and maximise growth opportunities across the region. Lead proactive sales planning, review cycles, and coordinate programs to achieve strategic business goals. Implement customer‑centric marketing initiatives and sales promotions. Drive organisational and staff development through training, capability building, and Development Goal Deployment Plans. Prepare accurate and insightful monthly reports for management review and align on implementation plans. Ensure all activities comply with safety, statutory, and corporate requirements. Develop and execute strategies that strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence. Skills & Experience Experience within the Municipal or Industrial Water Sector (highly desirable). Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Engineering, Business. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships leading to strong business growth. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills, with strong attention to detail in quotations and proposals. Experience in Salesforce CRM and Sales MBR and Lead Generation.
