What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with ownership to develop and launch a new RV dealership from the ground up
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
• Creating and implementing sales processes and customer experience strategies
• Building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers and key partners
• Managing inventory, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
• Driving revenue growth and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction
• Establishing brand presence and contributing to marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in RV sales and sales management (3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in dealership startup or business development a major plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Passion for RVs and a deep understanding of customer needs in the RV market
