Responsibilities

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and maximising sales opportunities.
You will focus on new business development and the nurturing of our strong presence in the wedding and event market.
This role offers the flexibility and autonomy to create and implement your own strategies, working closely with the events teams, General Manager and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries across all sectors and implement an effective chase system.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, attending trade shows, wedding fairs, exhibitions and client meetings.
  • Manage key accounts, build long-lasting relationships, and grow revenue from existing clients.
  • Develop the wedding market with effective show rounds and follow ups, ensuring the highest levels of guest care.
  • Propose and create a dynamic sales plan.
  • Assist the marketing team in the co-ordination and execution of wedding showcases.
  • Work with operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and ambitious sales professional who is ready to take ownership of this role.
You will be an excellent communicator, passionate about luxury hospitality, and motivated by success.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A proven track record of sales success in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • The flexibility to work some weekends and evenings
