  • HVAC field experience (2+ years)
  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and leading teams
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager oversees all aspects of our equipment replacement sales process. This role drives revenue growth by identifying daily replacement opportunities, ensuring performance targets are met, and building a positive, high-performing team culture. Working closely with Project Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Coordinators, the Sales Manager ensures everyone understands their roles and consistently delivers results—while keeping the General Manager informed on broader issues as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Identify and pursue daily equipment replacement opportunities to grow revenue
  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics, including close rates and average ticket size
  • Conduct regular training and ride-alongs to enhance sales skills and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with Service and Install Managers to ensure seamless installation and customer experience
  • Oversee accurate job costing and pricing strategies to maintain healthy margins
  • Promote adherence to sales systems, company processes, and industry regulations
