Key Responsible:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Build and maintain strong client and developer relationship

- Drive business growth and market expansion

- Ensure excellent customer service and team performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Real Estate sales management (Dubai experience is a plus)

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate market

- Results-driven and target-oriented

- Must be ready to join immediately or on short notice.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
