Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Own Bosch automotive semiconductor sales business in the ASEAN region, driving market entry and sales growth. Lead new business development, including customer identification and early engagement, to achieve sales breakthrough from zero to first revenue. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and distributors across ASEAN. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity development to nomination and SOP support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-oriented solutions. Monitor market trends and customer needs, providing market insights to internal stakeholders. Closely collaborating with BBM M local sales, BST, MS etc. organization in ASEAN Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fields 5+ years’ experience in automotive tier1 or semiconductor industry sales, project mgmt., product development or business development. Good understanding of automotive tier1 or semiconductor products . Proven capability in new business development and customer management. Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English. Willingness to travel within ASEAN Working experiences with ASEAN customers are preferred Legal Entity: Bosch (China) Investment Ltd.
