Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Managers / Asst. Sales Managers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ENG’s services.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the signage or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in similar Signage & Metal works & Digital companies is a must for this role.
