POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Sales & Market Development Lead to join our remote sales team. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company that’s making waves in tech-enabled field services.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Director to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support sales operations. While your primary focus will be outbound sales and CRM management, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to discovering new markets, which are seeing strong momentum.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales or market development experience
  • Experience in commercial sales or field service industries is a plus.
  • Strong time management and self-motivation in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Seemless.ai, and Office 365
  • A team player who’s hungry, humble, and smart.

    Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Identify and source prospects across multiple verticals using lead-gen tools.
  • Outbound Sales: Execute cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to qualify leads.
  • Prospect Qualification: Book meetings and hand off qualified leads to the Sales Director.
  • Sales Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and sales admin tasks.
  • Client Relationship Building: Help nurture long-term client relationships with excellent service.
  • Market Development: Support initiatives in emerging verticals like smart lockers.
