We are looking for a committed Sales & Marketing Account Executive (f/m/d) Travel & Tourism with strong motivation, passion, and initial experience in the tourism and/or lifestyle industry to join our team as soon as possible for one of our destination clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development of the annual marketing plan
  • Creative planning and implementation of tourism campaigns
  • Coordinating and managing international trade fairs, familiarization trips, workshops, training, and development measures
  • Managing the Specialists Program (e-learning) and overseeing the e-newsletter
  • Preparing and conducting destination trainings for the travel industry
  • Supporting the consulting and servicing of our international destination client in all aspects of representation, sales, and marketing services
  • Implementing strategic marketing measures and developing concepts for new customer acquisition
  • Gaining hands-on experience across the full range of marketing and sales activities—from organizing and executing roadshows, fairs, and events to coordinating familiarization trips
  • Planning and executing impactful and creative B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tourism and non-tourism partners
  • Supporting the dynamic team of Country Manager, Trade Manager, and the wider Germany team
  • Database management, administrative tasks, travel preparation, meeting coordination, preparing and conducting presentations, etc.
