• CUSTOMER-FACING SUPPORTRespond to WhatsApp, phone, and walk-in enquiries quickly and warmly.Log new leads into our CRM and assign them to sales consultants.Send reminders, confirmations, and friendly follow-ups for customer interviews.
• INTERVIEW & LEAD COORDINATIONSchedule employer–helper interviews.Prepare biodata packs and reminders so everything runs on time.
• MARKETING & DIGITAL SUPPORTCreate simple Canva visuals and captions for Instagram/Facebook.Help monitor online ads, track responses, and flag new leads.
• BRANCH OPERATIONSAssist with reception, basic admin tasks, and keeping daily office matters smooth.
