Responsibilities

Main Role

  • To respond to all sales enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Record all new buyers and vendors accurately into our software.
  • To promote James Douglas via creating and scheduling engaging posts to drive our following on social media platforms.
  • Work with Rightmove / Zoopla account manager on performance metrics and report back to sales team and line manager.
  • Assist with managing the team’s diary and ensuring that office cover is available.
  • Process and record offers for properties.
  • Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks for all vendors and buyers
  • Carry out progression chain checks as directed by Line Manager / Sales Progressor.
  • To update vendors regularly and feedback information from buyers.
  • Book in property viewings and valuations.
  • To complete due diligence checks for compliance purposes.
  • Liaise with the James Douglas Team to ensure the smooth running of the stock list.
  • Help to audit advertised listings for presentation and material information requirements.
  • Order sale boards for properties.
