Position Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our commercial team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate data management, efficient administrative processes, and timely execution of operational tasks that contribute to business continuity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Vendor Master Data Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing records. Create and update vendor and customer codes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Purchase Order & Finance Support Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs). Conduct regular Accounts Receivable (AR) aging analysis to monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts. Churn statements from SAP and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments. Perform credit card reconciliations and maintain trade margins in SAP. Digital Marketing & Creative Support Support editing of images used for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and e-commerce listings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks Manage authorized signatories and support compliance-related documentation. Consolidate mechanics, merchandise lists, and sell-in data within set deadlines. Handle ad-hoc requests and provide timely support to meet evolving business needs. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates with good internship experience are welcomed. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic image editing skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
