OVERVIEW

Proudly Canadian distributor is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be an organized, computer savvy, self-starter individual with a sense of urgency.

EXPERIENCE

  • Post Secondary in Business or Marketing
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing environment
  • Strong MS Office and CRM database experience
  • Salesforce experience an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Adobe and Hootsuite an asset
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail oriented and strong problem solver

Responsibilities
  • Administer sales and marketing databases including product information, CRM database and company market research data.
  • Coordinate and administer the content that supports digital marketing database including website content, social media and client email marketing.
  • Coordinate and administer inventory of sales and marketing materials including sales tools, samples and promotional items.
  • Coordinate execution and administration of customer presentations, product launches, events and trade shows.
  • Coordinate and support all sales, training and company meetings.
  • Provide executive support to the management team.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.
