Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to manage and support our North American and international sales operations. This role is essential in keeping the sales process running smoothly—from order conception to shipping—while acting as a liaison between customers, sales reps, production, and logistics.
You will be involved in everything sales-related except payment collection. You will also serve as backup to our Accounts Receivable accountant when needed. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will work 3–4 days a week on-site at our West 4th showroom/office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in sales administration, order processing, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (training can be provided)
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Google Drive, and online file management
  • Basic understanding of marketing coordination and content updating is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
