An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Budapest.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Attentive to details and eager to learn

• Support the sales department to implement and follow-through the promotional plans, and in line with company goals and priorities.
• Keep up to date the portfolio’s related documentations, including labels, specifications, product packaging.
• Produce additional marketing communications, such as product catalogues, flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects.
• Support the team with preparations for business reviews, customer meetings, trainings, trade shows, reports, field visits, product presentations, various translations.
• Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise (POS).
• Supporting the in-house and/or external marketing and design team by coordinating and collecting content.
• Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy, product packaging.
• Handle digital-related tasks, including updating product information in internal systems, website update.
• Support the company’s Sustainability journey through various activities.
