My client is a large and very successful company with a dynamic footprint across Latin America, focused on delivering innovative solutions and building strategic partnerships in emerging markets and they are looking for an Executive Assistant, to play a key role in managing day-to-day executive support while contributing to high-level marketing and sales initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and thrives on wearing multiple hats.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proven experience in Marketing and/or Sales support functions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with LATAM markets strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with regional marketing campaigns, presentations, and sales materials tailored to LATAM audiences.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Support CRM data entry, tracking sales leads, and helping with pipeline management.
  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with regional teams, vendors, and partners across LATAM.
  • Conduct research and compile briefing documents to support strategic planning.
